This project is a complete, photorealistic digital recreation of the Piper Archer TX, built from the ground up at accurate real-world scale. My goal was to create an aircraft model capable of holding up equally well in wide cinematic shots, technical flight-training visuals, and extreme close-up renders. The aircraft was modeled in full, covering both the exterior and the complete cockpit and cabin interior. Every visible component was carefully recreated, including the aircraft’s panels, rivets, bolts, fasteners, seams, control surfaces, landing gear, lighting, avionics, instruments, seats, flight controls, and interior fittings. The model was created for AviatorPro as part of the AviatorPro and Piper collaboration, supporting the development of high-quality flight-training and educational content. Its combination of technical accuracy and visual detail allows it to be used for clear instructional demonstrations while still maintaining the quality required for polished promotional and cinematic work. The model was constructed using clean quad-based topology and a subdivision modeling workflow. This approach provided precise control over the aircraft’s surfaces, edge quality, panel transitions, and mechanical details while keeping the geometry organized and production-ready. Particular attention was given to maintaining smooth reflections, accurate curvature, consistent surface quality, and realistic manufactured forms throughout the aircraft. Alongside the aircraft model, I created a complete cinematic promotional video entirely from scratch. I developed the environments, lighting setups, materials, camera movements, animation, rendering, and final visual presentation specifically for the project. The promotional film was designed to highlight both the technical depth of the model and the visual character of the aircraft. Wide establishing shots showcase the full silhouette and proportions of the Archer TX, while carefully composed close-ups focus on details such as the cockpit instruments, exterior hardware, surface finishes, and mechanical components. Lighting played a major role in the presentation. Each scene was designed to produce realistic reflections across the aircraft’s surfaces, emphasize the form of the airframe, and guide attention toward the details being showcased. The environments and cinematic camera movements were developed to give the final video a premium commercial feel rather than presenting the aircraft as a simple model turntable. The finished project represents the complete production process—from high-precision modeling and technical detailing to cinematic art direction, lighting, rendering, animation, and final promotional presentation. It demonstrates my ability to combine accurate hard-surface modeling, educational visualization, and polished visual storytelling within a complete production-ready asset.
